As the clock ticks down to release day, the official manual for Neverwinter Nights 2 is now available for download at NWN2Wiki.  It is in PDF format, comes in several different languages, and can be found here.  The English version is an 81 page document.  If you'd like to discuss the manual, you can do it in this forum thread.
