After you install Mask of the Betrayer, please run the updater. This will take you to patch 1.10.1116. I had installed MotB and then the hotfix. This put me at 1.10.1115, so I still had to run the updater. I think you can now run the updater without manually installing the hotfix, and you will still end up at 1.10.1116. Just make sure you install MotB first. Check back here as game time gets closer, in case Obsidian releases another patch before then.
