In general

To add to or edit the Naeldor wiki, an administrator must register an account on your behalf. To do so, the administrator will register your username and email address. The site will also generate a random password for you, which you can change to a password of your choosing. You are the only one with access to your password, including the randomly generated password. Your email address won't be shared with anyone.

The server is hosted with a shared web host, and by default it does log the IP address of all visitors to the site. These IP addresses are kept only as long as the software on the site's shared server retains them (which settings the admins of this site have no control over, or at least haven't figured out). The Naeldor admin does not otherwise retain any logs of IP addresses, and would only review the server logs in the event of vandalism to the wiki, or security breaches.

The Naeldor wiki also may send one or more cookies - a small file that lives in your web browser that helps the wiki operate with full functionality (such as keeping you logged into the wiki). Most web browsers allow you to disable cookies, and you are welcome to continue to use the wiki if you choose to do so. However, some of the wiki’s features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. No cookies are used for any other purpose other than site functionality.

The bottom line

In short, no cookies, email addresses, or other information are shared with outside parties unless a court would order us to do so. We hate when our private information is disclosed to the outside world, and assume that you hate it, too.
