cottage in the woods

Asia wants to look into a quaint little cottage.
One of two locations.

1) a cottage at the base of the mountain that is between Amicas and the Southern Keep, right on Lake Derek. A bit far though.

2) a cottage in the forest that is just south of Talamorth along the Storm Coast. A lot closer to our normal city of operation, Spectaro.

Spectaro is a pretty advanced city, so some smart person there has invented banking and loans right?

Asia might have a co-owner/co-buyer if the brat girl Winsome is interested in splitting a cottage with Asia. Have to be a bit bigger and a layout that supports to master bedrooms. Think I can build it in the toolset.

Regarding your desired locations:

1. That one is in land owned and ruled by the Council of Twelve (of which Gedoron Supris is a member). You'd have to look into whether they would be willing to part with it.

2. There is not much known about that forest (by the people of Naeldor, that is. I know about it, though :P ). We'd have to figure out how you pick a spot, what dangers you become aware of, etc.

And, oh, there is a bank in Spectaro.

Think Asia can handle most dangers. As long there is nothing annoying living in the forrest. Like a clone of Wilks. lol Course...I couldn't get in trouble for killing the clone.

I'm not so much worried about Asia, but rather what might happen to a cottage in the woods when she is not around to watch it . . .

Well, maybe Asia's handy Druid nature thing could come in handy. There must be some critters in the forrest that could keep an eye on the place.

*makes note to have a doggie door added to the cottage large enough for the local wolves and panthers to come in a sleep* :D

Oh cool, Skotch won't even need a set of lock picks to break into it either! :)

Skotchy is welcome as long as he doesn't take anything. Asia can see about making a dresser drawer into a bed for him and she can just pull it out when he stays over.
