You arrived in Ardon, and were met by Delana Aladis. She told you that there was rumored to be a new power in town, working behind the scenes. The local thieves guild, the Shadow Wings, was investigating this, as they felt that their power base was threatened. A member of the city guard, Nerk Hakem, was planning to put Delana in touch with the guild. Unfortunately, Delana had to leave, in order to give the Council of Twelve some gems that would help identify Ravishers, as there was another Ravisher to the south. Upon learning that you were pursuing a Ravisher, Delana gave you some of the gems as well. So that you could contact Nerk, Delana gave you a coin to give to Nerk to show that she had sent you.

You tracked down Nerk in the Gates District. He was being held hostage by a crazy couple, having exchanged himself for other hostages. Through multiple methods, you gained access to the house, killed the crazy man, and rescued Nerk and the other hostages. Nerk pointed you towards Sylk, a member of the Shadow Wings. He believed that Sylk was casing the Temple of Hasaar, in the center of the city.

Before heading to the Temple of Hasaar, you paid a visit to the Temple of Beam. You confronted an acolyte there about a man who had been following you, and who had indicated that he had been told by the priests of the temple to shadow newcomers to the city. You didn’t find any directly helpful information from the acolyte, but Wilks sensed he wasn’t telling you everything, and Skotch scouted out the basement of the Temple, and found it to be full of rooms, but strangely deserted.

You have just left the Temple of Beam, and now are deciding where to head next.
