Here is a link to the vault, Maximus is posting some reviews from his time at E3 and meeting with Obsidian. Looks like there are some videos of the toolset here, I couldn't get them to download here at work, will try it again from home. Also some discussion about the DM Client. Think there will be two more interviews posted the next day or two also.

Wow. The tools look incredible. As long as it isn't too buggy, this could be great. Much more flexibility than in NWN 1.

Looks like there is more there now, days two and three of the interview are posted with more screen shots ands videos. Click on the above link and than click on days two and three. Day two has creatures and character creation. Here's a link to some of the NWN2 Creatures.
