I received an email a few minutes ago (sent by him about 25 minutes ago), titled "Emergency Cancellation," as follows:

"Something came up with family. wont be home until 8.30pm at best. Play
without me if the group needs to. Emailing from my phone so cant get
replies. Sorry!"

I'll leave it up to you guys to decide what you want to do.

(8:30 is an hour into the normal game, for his time zone).

Server is up so we can talk some more, or I'll relay messages to here. No guarantee he'll be back at 8:30, but I'm OK with that.

Well, I am open to whatever, but my time constraints are as follows:

-I am only able to play until 630pm PST (that is normal game ending time) -- my Mother was oh so kind as to take the kid and she will want me to take her back then.

-Next Sunday/Monday is Thanksgiving up here. My wife has the time off, but I am not sure which day the family dinner is and won't be until tomorrow or Tuesday. Id the dinner is on Sunday, there is no way as we start dinner at game time. If it is on Monday, I can play on Sunday.

If the game is going to be short because we are almost done, then we can probably start an hour late today and still finish on time, right?

Yes, I'm really bad at judging time, but I imagine it will be anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes in duration.
