In the past, we used the chat room here on the site if we needed real-time communication, such as when troubleshooting connection problems at game time. I noticed recently that the chat room was offline, most likely as a result of my web host deciding that chat rooms are too server intensive. I've gone ahead and embedded a Meebo chat room here on the site. You can reach it by going to User Menu > Chat room in the menu bar, above. The difference between this and the shoutbox in the sidebar is that the chat room is real time, while the shoutbox is not (i.e. the shoutbox will only show updated messages when the page refreshes, while the chat room doesn't require a page refresh). |

 Patch 1.22 has been out for almost a week, and there aren't any glaring bugs that I've seen reported. I've updated the server with the patch, so please go ahead and apply the patch so that you can join the server on Sunday. If you applied the patch shortly after it was uploaded, you should run the updater again to apply a hotfix that was released subsequent to the original patch.

 The sign up page for March 8 is now up. Please sign up if you can make it, or post in the Session Availability section of the forums if you can't. The sooner you know your availability the better, but please try to sign up or indicate that you're not available no later than the morning of the session.

Sorry for the late notice guys, but I need to postpone Sunday's session. I've made some last minute plans, and I'll be out of town tonight through Monday. I'll have internet access, but only with my laptop. I will reschedule the session with a new signup page for next Sunday. Sorry again for the late notice. |

A major security update has been released for the forum package that powers this site. I've applied the update. There are still some tweaks to be done. Most obviously, I need to tweak the theme to get the colors in line with the rest of the site. That will come later in the week. Also, links from outside the forums will probably be broken for now. The forum should at least be useable for now. |

 The session summary for the February 22 session is up, and the roleplay forum for March 1 is open. There will be a 200 xp bonus for participation in the roleplay forum this week. The registration page for the next session will go up soon.
